An invitation for co-operation
In connection with the work on the Catalogue of Czech Documentary Films from the period 1898-1945 we are in search of titles that until now have been considered lost.
If you have in your private collections Czech documentary films from this period, we ask you to kindly lend them to us.
The EU project EFG – the European Film Gateway created a web portal that gives you quick and easy on-line access to currently about 400 000 digital objects – photos, posters, text documents, newsreels, feature films and documentaries – from collections of 16 European film archives and cinémathèques. One of them is Národní filmový archiv. By September 2011, the number of objects will increase to 600 000. See www.europeanfilmgateway.eu
